Kerala - Online Report Theft or Misuse of Power
- Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents for Reporting Theft or Misuse of Power
- Step 2 : Please use the following link to register your complaint online : Register Complaint.
- Step 3 : In this page please select the complaint type as “GENERIC COMPLAINTS” and complaint category as “POWER THEFT” from the drop down menu. Then complete other mandatory details and click “Submit Complaint” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 4 : After successful submission of your complaint you will receive the confirmation message in this screen. Please note the complaint ID which is displayed on the screen for future reference. If you want to print the reference number, click “Print” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image. Else click “Back to Home” tab which is highlighted in Yellow in the below image
- Step 5 : Authorities will verify the details and take necessary action to prevent power theft.
