Kerala - Online Pay Water Bill (Tax)

Step 1:First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link: Required Documents to Pay Water Bill

Step 2:Please use the following link to apply online: Apply Online.

Step 3:User will reach a new page. Please enter “Consumer ID”, “Consumer Number”/”Registered Mobile Number” at the prompted space and click “Proceed” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image .

Step 4:User will reach a new screen. Your Kerala Water Authority online bill will be displayed. Fill in your phone number and email id in the designated columns and then click on the “Confirm Payment” button.

Step 5:In the new screen for payment, follow the onscreen information and instructions to make online payment using options as applicable.

Step 6:Please save the system generated acknowledgement for future reference.
