Kerala - Online Obtain Driver License Extract (DL Extract)

Step 2:Please use the following link to apply online: Apply Online.

Step 3: After visiting the website click on the “Online Services” button and select the “Driving License Related Services” option which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 4 : Now select the state from the Drop down listbox which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 5 : Click “Driving License” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image and click on the “Services On DL (Renewal/Duplicate/AEDL/Others)” button which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image.

Step 6: Read the following and click on the “Continue” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 7: In the next page enter the “Driving License Number” and “Date of Birth” then click on “Get DL Details” Option which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 8: In the next page it will show your details,fill the balance details asked in that form and click on the “Proceed” button.

Step 9: Next select and fill all the required options and click the “Proceed” button.

Step 10: Next select the “DL Extract” option from the list of options displayed and click on “Proceed” button.

Step 11: Now select the reason that why you are applying for the DL Extract ?and click “Continue” button.

Step 12: Now a box will be displayed on the left side click that first box and enter the captcha code and click on “Submit” button.

Step 13: After this it will show the acknowledgement receipt download and print it for future reference.

Step 14: Now click on the “Next” button it will show “Application form prefilled” download the form and click on “Proceed” button .

Step 15: It will show payment option select your bank and enter the captcha code mentioned there and click the “Pay Now” button.

Step 16: Now Put a tick mark and click “Proceed for payment” button.

Step 17: Select your desired payment gateway and pay.

Step 18: After paying print the payment acknowledgement for future reference .

Step 19: Now take all the required documents as mentioned in the required documents section.

Step 20: After verification they will provide the DL Extract certificate.
