Kerala - Online Apply or Renew License for Gym, Yoga, Fitness Centre
- Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents for Obtaining Gym, Yoga, Fitness center License
- Step 2 : Please use the following link to download the application : Apply Online.
- Step 3 : Now click “Citizen Login” menu which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 4 : Then select your district from the dropdown menu and click “Corporation” option. Then click “Search” tab. Refer the below image where the options are highlighted in RED.
- Step 5 : Now click “Select” option against your district. Refer the below image where the option is highlighted in RED.
- Step 6 : Now click “D&O Licence e-filing (Urban)” option which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 7 : To register yourself, please click “New user registration” option which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 8 : Complete the registration form and click “Submit” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 9 : After successful registration, click “Go to Confirm Registration” option which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 10 : Now enter your email ID and registration code in the textbox and click “Register” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 11 : Now provide general information and click “Update” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 12 : After registration process, click “Back to Login” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 13 : Now enter your username, password and click “Sign In” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 14 : Now click “Enroll a Building” option under “Property Tax” which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 15 : Now select your district and institution type from the dropdown menu and click “Search” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 16 : Then click “GO” tab against your selected district. Refer the below image where the option is highlighted in RED.
- Step 17 : Now enter building related details and click “Search” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 18 : Then click the checkbox against your building details and click “Add” tab. Refer the below image where the options are highlighted in RED.
- Step 19 : Now click “Go to Building List” option which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 20 : Now click “Online Payment” option highlighted in RED. Then click “Pay Now” hyperlink which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 21 : Note down the fee amount to be paid and click “Pay Now” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 22 : Then click “Make Payment” tab to proceed payment process.
- Step 23 : After successful submission of your application, authority will verify your documents and notify you through SMS or mail for further processing.
- Step 24 : Once the verification process gets completed, you will be notified to download or collect the license on a specified date.
