Karnataka - Online Get Duplicate Diploma Mark Sheet

Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents for Obtaining Duplicate Diploma Marksheet

Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.

Step 3 : Click “DEPARTMENTS & SERVICES” menu which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 4 : Now click “Application for Duplicate Diploma Marks Card” option under “Technical Education” menu. Refer the below image where the options are highlighted in RED.

Step 5 : Read the instructions carefully and click “Apply Online” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 6 : Now click “New user ? Register here” option highlighted in RED in the below image to register into the portal.

Step 7 : Enter your aadhar number in the textbox and click “Next” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 8 : Now enter the OTP in the textbox and click “Continue” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 9 : To allow permission to access the files stored in digilocker, click “Allow” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 10 : After successful registration and login process, complete the application form with valid information to apply for duplicate marklist.

Step 11 : Please follow the screen instructions and complete the process of obtaining duplicate diploma marksheet.

Step 12 : Pay the fee amount as applicable.

Step 13 : Then download the duplicate copy of the marksheet from the portal.
