To Change or Modify Vehicle National Permit the applicant has to make the application online via the following link link
The applicant has to login with their login ID and password. if the applicant doesn’t have login id they can click register now for registration.
On successfully login, move your mouse over "Other Services" and select "DMS Upload/Modify Documents".
Then the applicant has to enter Application Number and Click on Submit.
After that Press the Modify Icon in front of the document you want to upload/modify.
Click on "Choose File" and upload all the necessary documents that are listed in “Required Documents” section of this page.
Click on "Save Changes" to upload your file and press "Close" button to return to the main screen.
Repeat above steps for any other document you want to re-upload. When you are done, Press the 'X' button on top-right corner.
And Press "Ok" to finish DMS Upload/Modify Documents process.
The authority will review the application and contact the applicant regarding the application.
The processing time of this procedure takes up to 15-30 days.

Present the completed application forms in one of the counter and pay the appropriate fee where the officials would start processing your application.
