Procedure

Apply for Spa License, the applicant has to obtain Trade License from their respective state municipal corporation.

Apply Online:

1. To Apply for Spa License (Shop and Establishment Registration), the applicant has to make the application online via link
2. Choose the “Online Trade License New Registration” option in the portal.
3. Now, click on the” Continue” option after agreeing with the terms and conditions.
4. The trade license online application form will appear on the screen. Fill out all the required details and select the “Next” option for successful registration.
5. Make sure that the applicant has to upload all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
6. Review the application and click submit.
7. The authority will review the application and contact the applicant.
8. Once all the verification is done by the authority, the applicant receives a notification through mail regarding the application or in SMS.
9. This entire process can be completed within 30 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.

Apply Online through the state portal:

1. To Apply for Spa License (Shop and Establishment Registration), the applicant has to make the application online via link
2. If the applicant is a new user, the applicant has to click the “Register” button.
3. Enter the Aadhar number with the captcha and click the “Next” button.
4. The applicant has to enter the details for the registration process and click the “Submit” button.
5. Now the applicant has to enter the login ID and password and then click the “Login” button.
6. Instead of a password, the applicant can click the “Get OTP” button to get the OTP from the registered mobile number.
7. The applicant has to select the application form from the following list.
8. The applicant has to enter all the details for a trading license.
9. Also, the applicant has to upload the necessary documents which are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page. Click the “Submit” button.
10. After completing successfully, the applicant will get the message through the registered mobile number.
11. Pay the fee online mode and click the “Submit” button.
12. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
13. Then the application will be processed further. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
14. This application will be moved to the respective authority of the Zone for field verification of the site.
15. After field verification, the authority will submit a verification report before the trade license committee.
16. Once the process gets completed, the applicant has to visit the office and pay the prescribed fee as requested by the authority.
17. Upon successful completion, the applicant can get the license from the office.
18. This entire process can be completed within 30 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.

Apply Online through Vyapar Portal:

1. To Apply for Spa License (Shop and Establishment Registration), the applicant has to make the application online via link
2. The applicant has to click the “New Application” button.
3. The applicant has to enter all the details for a trading license.
4. Also, the applicant has to upload the necessary documents which are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page. Click the “Submit with e-sign” button.
5. To check the payment details, the applicant has to go back to the previous page and click the “View Fee” button.
6. Select the district and the type of trade license.
7. The applicant can view the amount to be paid online.
8. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
9. Then the application will be processed further. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
10. This application will be moved to the respective authority of the Zone for field verification of the site.
11. After field verification, the authority will submit a verification report before the trade license committee.
12. Once the process gets completed, the applicant has to visit the office and pay the prescribed fee as requested by the authority.
13. Upon successful completion, the applicant can get the license from the office.
14. This entire process can be completed within 30 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.

Apply In-Person:

1. To Apply for Spa License (Shop and Establishment Registration), the applicant has to approach the State Municipal Corporation link
2. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer.
3. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)
4. Make sure that the applicant has attached all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. The applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.
