Apply Online

  1. Please visit the website : Online Portal and select “Apply Online” option under ONLINE APPLICATION option from the home page.
  2. In the new page, please enter your mobile number and hit “Proceed” to reach the next page for detailed instruction.
  3. From the menu please select NEW REQUEST and choose “Income Certificates” option
  4. In the new page please select Language and “Income certificate” to reach next page
  5. The resulting page will prompt to enter /select appropriate details. After filling the details, please Hit “Search” to get new page with details.
  6. If the details are correct, please select appropriate option to get the next window to upload required documents and hit make payment tab to reach the next page
  7. In the given page please select appropriate payment gateway option (Credit / Debit / Net Banking) to complete the payment.
  8. You will get an acknowledgement for the transaction and the same would have reached your registered mobile.
  9. Please keep the details safely to get the status of your application.
  10. From this point onwards the process will be same as how they processed in apply in person option to issue the certificate


Apply In-Person

  1. In order to apply for Income certificate in Karnataka, applicant has to go to the respective Taluk, Nadakacheri office in whose jurisdiction the candidate usually resides. Link for the office details: Contact link
  2. Submit a written application form along with required documents to the authority.
  3. Authorities after checking the attached documents and details submitted, will make entries and provide you record number for reference.
  4. The application will be verified by the Village Administrative Officer (VAO) and Revenue Inspector (RI).
  5. There will be a ground level verification and scrutiny of the documents and details provided.
  6. Once the verification is over, these officials will submit their report to the Thaasildhaar.
  7. Thaasildhaar will decide to issue the Income Certificate to the applicant.
  8. Applicant will get the certificate in 7 days after due verification.

  • Residential Proof: Residential Certificate issued by Local administration office/ Aadhar card / Passport / Driving License / *Ration Card / Govt. Id card / Defense ID Card / PAN Card.

  • Photograph: Applicant passport size photograph.

InstructionsEdit

The candidates who want to apply for the income certificate will need to get the application form first and after that have to submit in the concerned department office. The form submission process is available through the nearest tehsil / taluka office, SDM sub district magistrate, Municipal Corporation, municipality office along with the village areas panchayat offices.

The tehsildar has the all power for the issuance of all kinds of income certificate for which it takes twenty one working days. Candidates can also visit to the assistant commissioner where they are able to collect the certificate within fifteen days only and in same working days at the deputy commissioner. First you have required some important documents before going to submit your application form.

All the required documents should be attested by the gazetted officer / central government officer / state government officer.

Download and after taking printout of application form and fill the application with your complete and required information i.e. name, fathers name, complete postal address (permanent address), present address, annual income details etc. Then the tehsildar will make sing on it and provide you after 21 days. You will receive the notification or can come and collect by yourself through the office. If you need more help visit to the nearest tehsil office or contact to the revenue department office.
