Apply Online:
- To Apply for Change of Address in Maxi Cab Permit the applicant has to make the application online via the following link link
- The applicant has to enter their vehicle registration number and last five digit of their chassis number.
- On successfully login, move your mouse over "Other Services" and select " change of address.
- Then the applicant has to enter Application Number and Click on Submit.
- Click on "Choose File" and upload all the necessary documents that are listed in “Required Documents” section of this page.
- Click on "Save Changes" to upload your file and press "Close" button to return to the main screen.
- The authority will review the application and contact the applicant regarding the application.
- The processing time of this procedure takes up to 15-30 days.
Apply in Person
- If the change of premises is more than three months, then it need to be updated in the permit.
- Make sure that all the required documents are in hand.

- Intimate the change of address through writing in a white sheet of paper along with the documents to the officer at the counter.

- The counter signature with stamp from the authorities will be made on the permit to notify the change of address.
- NOTE: Nothing in this section shall apply where the change of address recorded in the permit is due to temporary change which is not intended to exceed three months in duration.
