To Apply for Change of Address in Maxi Cab Permit the applicant has to make the application online via the following link link
The applicant has to enter their vehicle registration number and last five digit of their chassis number.
On successfully login, move your mouse over "Other Services" and select " change of address.
Then the applicant has to enter Application Number and Click on Submit.
Click on "Choose File" and upload all the necessary documents that are listed in “Required Documents” section of this page.
Click on "Save Changes" to upload your file and press "Close" button to return to the main screen.
The authority will review the application and contact the applicant regarding the application.
The processing time of this procedure takes up to 15-30 days.

Apply in Person

If the change of premises is more than three months, then it need to be updated in the permit.
Make sure that all the required documents are in hand.

Intimate the change of address through writing in a white sheet of paper along with the documents to the officer at the counter.
On the receipt of the application and documents the officer will verify and make entry about the change in respective registers. The same will be intimated to the concerned transport authority.
The counter signature with stamp from the authorities will be made on the permit to notify the change of address.

NOTE: Nothing in this section shall apply where the change of address recorded in the permit is due to temporary change which is not intended to exceed three months in duration.
