Apply Online:
- To Apply for Agrochemicals License, the applicant has to make the application online via link
- Once you reach the page, please select product type as “Pesticides” and follow further to enter/ select the prompted details.
- User has to enter email id and mobile number which he or she has.
- User has to provide user id and password useful to login for future correspondence.
- After finishing the above stated steps, please enter the security code in the given box.
- Please click select the check box for “I agree with the details” and hit “Submit” to open A1 application page, wherein applicant should fill all the fields specifically mandatory fields which having * red mark, follow the PDF steps given and upload the applicant Photo and Scan copy of Signature and submit for easy communication.
- Applicant should mention the particulars name and firm name, type of dealership, Sale point address and Storage point Address and Responsible person details, and then tick mark before I agree with the details to continue into annexure page, here applicant should fill source Name details and Company name and select particular fertilizer grade from the drop box which has different categories of fertilizers as in the source O-Form and enter the validity date and agree to continue.
- Next process is to upload documents as per the check list given.
- Next page will open for fee payment. Applicant should pay license fee through Khajane-II challan only. Select, generate Khajane 2challan option, and pay the fee through online or Pay at any nationalized banks. After payment, upload scanned copy of paid K2 challan and submit to process the application.
- Application, then moves to concerned officer to verify the fields entered and the documents uploaded. Application is forwarded to concerned Licensing authority after complete verification.
- Licensing authority again verifies the documents and if thru, he will accept the application and forward to inspection for concerned jurisdiction officer.
- Inspection and upload of GPS co-ordinates and GPS tagged Photo will be done. During inspection Beneficiary / Licence holder and an inspecting officer must take photo together with the premises.
- Then inspection report will reach the authority, after verifying inspection report, License will be generated with approval.
- Regular intimations about status of application will appear in applicant login, they can view the stage at which it is pending and also communicated thru SMS.
- After approval by licensing Authority, license will appear in dealer’s login in draft form.
- The authorities may conduct inspections of your facilities to ensure compliance with the regulations.
- If your application and facilities meet all the requirements, you will receive the agrochemicals license.
- This entire process can be completed within 30 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
Apply In-Person:
- To Apply for Agrochemicals License, the applicant must approach the state Department of Agriculture link
- Set up the appropriate business entity for your agrochemical venture, such as a private limited company, partnership, or sole proprietorship. Register your business with the relevant authorities.
- Ensure that you have the required infrastructure and facilities to carry out the manufacturing or distribution of agrochemicals. This includes land, buildings, equipment, and storage facilities.
- An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer.
- The applicant must fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)
- Make sure that the applicant has attached all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
- The applicant must attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.
- Submit all the documents with the completed form to the concerned officer.
- The applicant must pay the prescribed fee as requested by the authority.
- After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
- An acknowledgment receipt will be provided. Please save it for future reference.
- Then the application will be processed further. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
- The authorities may conduct inspections of your facilities to ensure compliance with the regulations.
- If your application and facilities meet all the requirements, you will receive the agrochemicals license.
- This entire process can be completed within 30 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
