Karnataka - Apply for (Lost,Damaged,Misplaced) Duplicate Aadhaar Card

Apply Online:
- Applicant shall reach online portal by using the link: online portal
- In the given link, please select the option “My aadhar” and choose “order aadhar reprint(pilot)” sub option to reach the next page.
- User has to enter the prompted details and click the check box, if you have a registered mobile number and hit send OTP to get a OTP. Please fill in the received OTP at the box given.
- The resulting page displays the details for aadhar card. Please select appropriate option to reach the payment page.
- In the given payment page. Please follow the screen prompt and select applicable option for the payment gateway (credit/debit/net banking) to make the payment.
- User will get a transaction slip for the online payment made. Please print it or save it for future reference.
Through Enrolment centers:
- Applicant has to approach the enrollment center to apply. Link for enrollment center : Center link
- Go to the centre as located with required documents.
- Submit the required documents to the authority in the centre.
- Authority will process the details online and match the details to check the Aadhaar card for the applied one.
- Applicant will be asked to get biometric scan for finger and eye iris scan will also be completed.
- Upon completion, Applicant will be issued an acknowledgement receipt for reference and the request will be processed for duplicate Aadhaar card.
Apply In Person:
- To Apply for (Lost, Damaged, Misplaced) Duplicate Aadhaar Card the applicant has to approach nearby Aadhar enrolment centre link
- Note: The applicant has to select their, state, district, city to locate nearby centre.
- Submit the required documents to the authority in the centre.
- Authority will process the details online and match the details to check the Aadhaar card for the applied one.
- Applicant will be asked to get biometric scan for finger and eye iris scan will also be completed.
- Upon completion, Applicant will be issued an acknowledgement receipt for reference and the request will be processed for duplicate Aadhaar card.

- Residense proof (any one of the following)
- Passport / Bank Statement / Ration card / Voter ID / Driving License / Electricity bill /

- Birth Certificate, Mark sheet issued by any Government Board or University, PAN card, etc.

- Aadhaar card is useful in most of the application for obtaining voter id, ration card, pan card, Land registration, Driving license, Vehicle registration and more.
- If in case your Aadhaar card is lost / damaged / misplaced, one has to apply for duplicate Aadhaar card
