- Verify the identity of the applicant and the authenticated documents.
- Bring military service book.
- Fill out the form and review available information.
- Conduct theoretical and practical tests.

Required DocumentsEdit
- National ID card or valid passport
- Employment certificate (for military personnel and copy of family book to show full name and national number)
- Recent Two (2) colored Personal photo size (4x6)
- Security approval from preventive security department and criminal information department provided at the section where the application is done
- Authorized letter from his company stating that he is employed as a driver, and the commercial record of the company
- Military service proof (for male applicants born 1989 and after)
- Driving license (if he holds a driver license of another class)
- Qualification certificate from one of the authorized training centers certifying that the applicant received 20 theoretical lessons and 10 practical lessons if he does not have a third class license
- Qualification certificate from one of the authorized training centers certifying that the applicant received 10 practical lessons if he holds a driving license of another class, military can provide a certificate issued by driving and maintenance school certifies he passed this class successfully.
