Jordan - Obtain Proof for Transfer of Guardianship

Procedure

1. To obtain a proof of will and testimony in Jordan, the applicant has to contact the Supreme Judge Department.
2. The applicant should write a petition and submit it to His Honor the judge of the court, after he has signed it, fees are paid to the accountant.
3. Petition is then recorded on the allotted form and signed by the applicant and witnesses brought by the concerned party.
4. After the judge signs the petition, it is considered complete and the concerned party receives the result.
5. If the applicant desires to use the statement outside the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, it must be certified by the following:
   1. Supreme Judge Department
   2. Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
   3. Embassy of the company to use the statement in.
