Procedure

1. Submit the application form to the employee at the counter to audit it as per the terms and conditions and match it with the civil enrollment.
2. Present the identity card of the applicant and the family book of the family.
3. Payment the legal fees.
4. Print the individual enrollment and stamp and sign it.
5. Individual enrollment certificate is delivered to the citizen by the delivery employee.
