Procedure

1. Submit the application form to the employee at the counter to audit it as per the terms and conditions and match it with the civil enrollment at the civil enrollment office where the family is registered.
2. Present the identity card of the applicant and the family book of the family.
3. Pay the legal fees.
4. The request is forwarded to the competent officer to perform the necessary actions.
5. Edit or print the family enrollment and stamp and sign it.
6. Family enrollment certificate is delivered to the citizen by the delivery employee.
7. Payment of the legal fees.
