Required Documents

for the wife

• copy of the family book, page of the Jordanian wife
• passport for the non-Jordanians.

for the sons and daughters who have not reach the age of eighteen

• copy of the children page of the family book for the Jordanian
• copy of the family card or the birth certificate for the non-Jordanians

for adult non-married daughters

• a copy of the sons page of the family book
• copy of the family card or birth certificates for non-Jordanians

for the sons who have reached the age of eighteen

• copy of the children page of the family book for the Jordanian
• copy of the family card or the birth certificate for the non-Jordanians
• student proof certificate issued by the school, college, university or a vocational training institution
• written confirmation of no work income

for parents, brothers or sisters if the insured beneficiary is a breadwinner for one or both of his parents or his siblings

• breadwinner deed and medical reports

for disabled husband

• breadwinner deed and medical reports

for adult disabled sons who have reached and are over the age of eighteen

• copy of the children page of the family book
• copy of the family card or the birth certificate for the non-Jordanians
• written confirmation of no work income
• Medical reports that prove the disability

Eligibility

• the wife and/or the wives as long as they were still married and did not get remarried after his death
• sons and daughters who have not reach the age of eighteen
• adult non-married daughters s.
• sons who have reached the age of eighteen and are still studying
• parents, brothers or sisters if the insured beneficiary is a breadwinner for one or both of his parents or his siblings
• disabled husband, whether the insured beneficiary wife is the family breadwinner for her completely disabled husband, or if the husband does not have another income equivalent to his pension or disability salary
• adult disabled Sons who have reached and are over the age of eighteen

Instructions

For natural and work-injury disabilities

• A proof of living certificate is usually provided on December every year.
• Natural disability pension will be stopped in the following cases:
  • The enrollment of the retired beneficiaries in a paid work.
  • If the retired beneficiary does not conduct the required medical tests in the required time.
  • If the salary certificate of merit is not submitted on time.
• Each beneficiary should inform the corporation of any change occurs on the salary merit within one month at most, in all cases; any extra benefits paid to the beneficiary without having the right to have it, will be collected in addition to an annual interest of 9% calculated from the date of obtaining such amounts until the date of its reimbursement to the corporation.
• Punishment by imprisonment for a term not exceeding one month and a fine of not more than fifty dinars or by one of the punishments; for whom ever provides incorrect data and information in bad intentions to in bad intentions to get pension for himself or for others on.
• Ratification and authentication of the certificate issued outside the Kingdom from the Jordanian embassies or consulates in the country in which the beneficiary resides, and the Department of Palestinian Affairs for beneficiaries resident in the West Bank.

For aging and natural death

• A proof of living certificate is usually provided on December every year.
• The pension of the beneficiary will be suspended for the following cases:
  • If the male eligible beneficiaries turn eighteen, nevertheless if they were still studying (student proof certificate will be requested in such case), they will be requested to assign a proxy to be responsible for collecting their entitlements.
  • If the female eligible beneficiaries get married, or their enrollment in a paid work.
  • If the proof of living certificate is not submitted on time.
  • If the beneficiary passes away by the time of the visit.
  • If the retired beneficiary does not conduct the required medical tests in the required time.
  • If the salary certificate of merit is not submitted on time.
• Each beneficiary should inform the corporation of any change occurs on the salary merit within one month at most.
• Any extra benefits paid to the beneficiary without having the right to have it, will be collected in addition to an annual interest of 9% calculated from the date of obtaining such amounts until the date of its reimbursement to the corporation.
