Jordan - Apply for Extension of Passport Validity

Procedure

1. Go to the Department of Civil Status and passports Department offices for issuing of passports or Jordanian embassies abroad for Jordanian citizens residing outside the country.
2. Fill out a special passport application extension addition form.
3. Present the required documents.
4. The applicant must submit the application to the Admissions Officer on the counter so that his data will be audited and compared with the information stored in the computer.
5. The applicant must pay the legal fees.
6. The new data will be stored after auditing and verification.
7. The document requested will be printed.
8. The document will be signed and stamped by the office Secretary or his assistant. A copy of the financial receipt will be attached upon delivery of the document to the applicant.
