Procedure

1. Go to the Ministry of Social Development.
2. Fill out an application form.
3. Submit the required documents.

Required Documents

• Deduction discontinuation statement issued by the establishment.
• Copy of birth certificate.
• Copy of the ID card for Jordanians and copy of the passport for the non-Jordanians.
• A bank account number for the insured or his/her attorney.
• A letter issued by the Directorate of Civil and Military Retirement or the retirement decision for the Jordanian.

For the purposes of including any dependents:

• Copy of the Jordanian family book.
• For the non-Jordanians, dependents' passports and birth certificates or family cards.

Eligibility

• For Male: has reached the age of 60.
• For Female: has reached the age of 55.
• The contribution period should be at least (180) contributions, (60) of them are actual contributions.
• For Dependents (the wife or the husband, Sons and daughters, Parents, Brothers and sisters)
