Procedure

1. The applicant can visit the Amman Chamber of Commerce (ACC) office information desk. They should be able to help you.
2. You would have to provide a Personal Photograph and Personal identification Card.
3. Filled application forms should be submitted to the person administration properly with appropriate documents.
4. Membership card will be issued after paying the fees.

Required Documents

• Personal photograph of the applicant for the Membership Card.
• Membership Card Form duly filled out and signed by the administratively authorized signatory, or a letter in writing. In case an unauthorized partner applies for a Membership Card, such partner should appear in person if he/she signed the form, or his/her signature should be endorsed by the bank with whom he/she deals with in Jordan.
• Personal Identification Card (Civil Status Card, Passport).
• Valid Residence Permit for the Iraqi brothers.
