- To apply for duplicate Learner Driver License in Jharkhand the applicant has to approach the RTO office to which your area belongs to.

- Application form can be downloaded using the following link: Application forms
- Application forms can be obtained from the appropriate RTO offices that should be completed and presented with appropriate document and fees.
- Also make sure you have all the necessary documents to process the application
- Present the completed application forms in the counter and pay the appropriate fee where the officials would start processing your application.

- To Apply for a Duplicate Learner License in Jharkhand, the applicant shall visit the following webpage: Link.
- Now select state and click on the "DL" option and proceed.
- A new page will open, where the applicant must log in using their login credentials.
- After login, the applicant shall choose an appropriate option for the process.
- On a newly opened page, the applicant shall fill the application form with all the necessary details and complete the given application form.
- Now the applicant shall upload scanned copies of all the "Required Documents" for further processing.
- Once the documents are uploaded, provide the mobile number and enter the received OTP and click "Proceed".
- Now click on "Submit" and complete the process.
- On successful verification, the permit will be issued.
- Obtain the license from the concerned office.
Apply through Centres:
- To Apply for duplicate learner license in Jharkhand, the applicant shall visit the nearest CSC/Tehsil Centre. Find contacts to CSC centres in the link provided:Link
- Procure the application form from the concerned centre and fill it up with the necessary details required for the card.
- Make sure to attach all the "Required Documents" along with the application form before submission.
- Provide authorized signatory and photograph, wherever applicable.
- Now submit the application to the office of the concerned centre.
- On successful verification, the applicant will be notified by the CSC centre.

- A person who has obtained Learner’s License (LLR) may apply for Driving License after 30 days and before six months from the date of issue of Learner’s License
- During this period of time one can apply for duplicate LLR

Need for the DocumentEdit
- A driving license is an official document that states that a person may operate one or more types of motorized vehicles, such as a motorcycle, car, truck, or a bus, on a public roadway.
- Under the provisions of the Motor Vehicles Act,1988 in India, no person can drive a motor vehicle in any public place unless he holds a valid Driving License issued to him, authorizing him to drive a vehicle of that particular category.
- Driving without Driving license is an offense. Incumbent has to pay penalty
- LLR is required to apply for the permanent driving license. One need to apply for duplicate LLR if he / she lost one
