Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. Application for NOC for Road Cutting in Jharkhand is available in the Municipal Corporation offices in Jharkhand contact link
2. Applicant must provide all necessary information in the application form.
3. Applicant should make sure to carry photocopies and originals of all documents that are needed for completing the procedure.

5. Fees is calculated as – Utilized NH Land * Prevailing circle rate per square unit area/10*12 (Rs/sq ft/month).
6. If all above-mentioned procedures were followed properly by the applicant, the application form will be accepted by concerned authorities.
7. The application will be put up for any objection from public domains for 30 days.
8. If there is no objection from any domain within 30 days, applicant will be called by concerned officials to collect their NOC certificate from the office.
9. If there are no updates about application, applicant can reach the office to know status of their application.

1. To Apply NOC (No Objection Certificate) for Road Cutting (Permission) in Jharkhand, the applicant shall visit the following webpage: Link.
2. Now click on the "Permit" option and proceed.
3. A new page will open up, where the applicant needs to log in using their login credentials.
4. After login, the applicant shall choose an appropriate option for the process.
5. On a newly opened page, the applicant shall fill up the application form with all the necessary details and complete the given application form.
6. Now the applicant shall upload scanned copies of all the "Required Documents" for further processing.
7. Once the documents are uploaded, provide the mobile number and enter the received OTP.
8. Now click on "Submit" and complete the process.
9. On successful verification, the permit will be issued.
10. Obtain the permit from the concerned office.

Apply through Centres:

Validity

The NOC is valid until the project gets over with. For another project, new NOC should be applied.

• This NOC helps an individual or an organization to carry on their project legally without any damage to the petroleum, oil or water lines that are underground.
• The road cutting project cannot be carried out for 3 months during monsoon seasons and for 15 days prior to any local festival.
