Procedure

Apply In-Person

1. To cancel your fertilizer dealer license, you have to get in-touch with the agriculture department of your district/state.
2. Following link provides you contact information that can help : Office Locations & Contact Info
3. Please get in-touch with the authorities in the appropriate office and let them know that you would like to cancel your license.
4. They would request you to write an application in an A4 sheet requesting the same.
5. You would also be requested to attached some supporting documents with the application, which would help authorities to process the application.
6. Authorities would check on the license to see any issues or back logs and if everything is clear, they would cancel the fertilizer license as requested.
7. If there are any issues or back logs of things that needs to be clear, authorities would get in-touch with you to get it cleared and once everything is cleared, license will be cancelled.
