Jamaica - Online Apply for Replacement of a Cruise Permit

Step 2 : To apply for the replacement of a cruising permit in Jamaica, you have to submit your application online to the Maritime Authority of Jamaica. Please view MAJ contact details via this link:Contact Link

Step 3 : If your cruising permit is lost, damaged, or stolen, report the incident to the Jamaica Customs Office at the nearest port and complete a Declaration of Lost Certificate as soon as possible.

Step 4 : After reporting, submit your application online by visiting MAJ’s website:Apply Online

Step 5 : Select the “Apply for a Replacement Cruising Permit” tab which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image to be directed to the online application form.

Step 6 : Complete the online form carefully providing all the required information.

Step 7 : Complete the Declarations which is highlighted in “Green” and then click on the “Submit Application” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image to complete the application.

Step 8 : Pay the replacement fee using the provided online platform and MAJ will send you a confirmation of the application to your email.

Step 9 : Then they will process and issue you a replacement of the cruising permit.
