Procedure

Apply In-Person

1. To apply for funding for in-structure projects, you should submit your application to the Sports Development Foundation (SDF). Please view the SDF contact details through this link: Contact Details
2. Obtain the project request form and an application guideline from the SDF office or download the form through this link:Application Form (open the "Form" file and download "Application for Funding" form)
3. Read the provided instructions in section A of the form and complete the form accordingly
4. Then submit the complete application to the SDF office for review
5. The SDF will assess and consider your application depending on the score your application gets after the assessment process. Note that for projects to be considered for funding, they must attain a minimum score of 60 points
6. After the assessment, the SDF will give you feedback within 45 days of receiving your application, and depending on the score of your application, they will inform you if your application was accepted or denied
7. If the application is accepted, the SDF will inform you through your contact details on how to proceed and receive the funds
