Procedure

Apply In-Person

1. To apply for a Motor Vehicle loan through the Ministry of Education, Youth, and Information (MOEY). Please view MOEY’s contact details via this link: Link
2. Obtain the Motor Vehicle Loan Application form from the ministry’s office or download the form from MOEY’s website through this link: Link (Click on “Motor Vehicle Loan Application form.doc” to download the form)
3. Complete the application form correctly
4. Gather and prepare all the required documents as mentioned in the “Required Documents” section below and attach the documents to the application form
5. Visit the MOEY’s office and submit your application to the official at the service desk
6. The official will confirm if your application is complete as required
7. Then the application will be forwarded to the relevant authority for approval of the loan
8. If the loan is approved, you will be informed by the ministry through your contact details

Eligibility

Principals, Vice Principals, Master Teachers, Work Experience Teachers, Guidance Counsellors and Lecturers who have at least two years permanent appointment, and have completed no less than ten years consecutive service with the Ministry of Education are eligible to apply
