Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. Applicant should visit the Ministry of construction, housing, sanitation and urban planning (MCLA), department, Guichet Unique du Permis de Construire (GUPC), and express your interest,
2. Fill out the application form obtain from the GUPC office, or download it via the ministry of construction, housing, sanitation and urban planning (MCLA) link or down it via this link (Application form)
3. Submit the completed form along with the supporting documents (listed below) for verification and processing.
4. Pay the required application fees at the cash counter, upon which you will be issued with a receipt.
5. The MCLA office will schedule a date and time to inspect the constructed building/project and you will be notified either by mail or by phone or in person.
6. On the schedule date and time an inspection will be conducted by the MCLA inspector and an assessment of the issued concern the construction of the building /project will be noted and a copy of the report of the finding will be issued to the applicant and advice during inspections on how to rectify the problem.
7. A follow up inspection will then be conduct again to the building/project to see if the problem(s) has been solved.
8. If the authorized is satisfied that the all the conditions are meet you will be notified and issued with the certificate of conformation.

1. Building Permit copy
2. Certificate of good execution established by the architect of the project
3. The certificate of good execution established by the design office which checked the execution of the works
4. The complete Building Permit file
5. Valid Identification document
