Apply In-Person

  1. Applicant should visit the Examinations and Competitions Department (DECO), Diploma Approval and Authentication Sub-Directorate, located at Boulevard Angoulvant, avenue Terasson de Fougères after the Externat Saint Paul.
  2. Approach the Department Educational Examinations and Competitions Sub-Directorate Educational Examinations service desk and express your interest.
  3. Pick the control ticket service number and wait for your ticket number to be called.
  4. Submit the request form along with the supporting documents (listed below) to the attending official for verification and processing.
  5. Payment the application fees at the in-house bank, upon which you will be issued with a receipt.
  6. If the authorized official is satisfied that all the conditions are met for the applicant you will be notified of the outcome and issued with the diploma within 3 weeks.

Note:

  • The Diploma (in cardboard) is issued only once. In case of loss, nothing can be issued.
