Procedure

Apply In-Person

1. Applicant should visit the Ministry of construction, housing, sanitation and urban planning (MCLA), Guichet Unique du Permis de Construire (GUPC) department, Urban Domain Directorate and express your interest.
2. Fill out the application form obtain from the GUPC office, or download it via the ministry of construction, housing, sanitation and urban planning (MCLA) :link or down it via this link (Application form)
3. Pick the control ticket service number and wait for your ticket number to be called.
4. Submit the completed form along with the supporting documents (listed below) to the attending official for verification and processing.
5. Payment the application fees at the cash counter, upon which you will be issued with a receipt.
6. If the authorized official is satisfied that all the conditions are met for the applicant you will be notified of the outcome and issued with the Topographic extract visa within 10 days.

2. VET DAD: 6,000 FCFA
