Procedure

Apply In-Person

1. Applicant should visit the Ministry of Public Service and Administrative Reform office, approach the service desk and express your interest.
2. Collect the request form, read through it carefully and fill it accurately.
3. Submit the completed request form along with the supporting documents (listed below) for verification and processing.
4. Pay the application fee at the cash counter, upon which you will be issued with a receipt.
5. If the authorized official is satisfied that all the documents are in order, you will be notified and issued with the certificate.

Required Documents

1. A request form from the public service office or download if from the public service website www.fonctionpublique.gouv.ci
2. The receipt of payment to the Public Service treasury
3. The legalized diploma
4. A Certificate of Nationality
5. An extract from the Criminal Record
6. The original birth certificate
7. A handwritten request addressed to the Director of the Directorate of Administrative Management of Civilian State Personnel (DGAPCE) specifying the geographic location of the dispensary.
8. Valid Identification document (CNI)
