To obtain a Blue Badge
If you think that you need a Blue Badge or a Parking Permit for people with disability, you can contact:

- The administrator will send you an application form. Complete the form and send it back to the Department. You will receive your badge, once your application is approved. There is no charge for this service.
- The badge is for you whatever vehicle you are travelling in, and it can only be used by you.
Renewing your badge
Badges are normally valid for three years. You will receive a renewal application form before your current badge expires.
Damaged, illegible, lost or stolen badge
If your Badge becomes damaged, illegible, lost or stolen, please call the Disabled Parking Blue Badge Office: +44 1624 686325 for instructions on how you may apply for a replacement.

- Completed application form
- Two passport size photographs of the applicant. both photographs must be signed and dated on the back by an adult of professional standing who have known the applicant for at least three years, he/she must not be related to the applicant and can confirm the applicant's identity. The statement should read as follows: "I certify this is the true likeness of (name of the applicant as it will appear on the badge)."
