Procedure

1. To apply for the proof of age card the applicant have to visit the following website : http://www.agecard.ie/
2. Following link will take you to the page where you can apply now : Apply On-line Now
3. An application form printed with the details you entered will arrive in the post from the printers, usually within 3 working days.
4. Take the application form to the local Garda Station, also take your photo and proof of identity.
5. The Garda Station will send your authenticated application form and photo to the printers.
6. Your Age Card will arrive in the post from the printers, usually with in 10 working days of authentication.
