For applicants who are living abroad :

1. The applicant who are living abroad should contact the near by Iraq embassy or consulate who should guied you with information. Following listed are the contact information and the list of Iraqi embassies which should help : Iraq Embassy and Consulate Information
2. Please make sure you have all the relevant documents that are listed under the Required Documents section of this page.

For applicant who are living abroad :

• A colored copy of the certificate of Iraqi nationality of the father or the mother.
• A colored copies of identities of civil status of the applicant and his father or his mother.
• Couple of recent photograph of the applicant.
• Photocopy of Iraqi nationality certificate (if applying for damaged or missing).
• Copy of a colored identity civil status.
