Procedure

• Fill in with complete information the online application form.
• The Iraqi woman must be accompanied by her guardian or husband in order to provide his fingerprint.
• Submit all the necessary documents.
• Pay the prescribed fee.

Required Documents

• ID (civil status identification)
• Certificate of the Iraqi nationality
• A housing card for Iraqis residing inside Iraq
• New Supply Card
• A residence ID for Iraqis residing abroad instead to a housing and supply card
• 2 Photographs with a white background with (45x35) mm. measurement
• Certified cheque of 25000, twenty five thousand Iraqi Dinars addressed to the accounts of the Iraqi consulate abroad regarding Iraqis residing out side the country.
• Identification documents of the guardian is necessary if the Iraqi woman is non married, who is under puberty, and/or widowed or divorced.
• If married Iraqi woman, the identification documents of the husband is necessary.

Eligibility

Must be an Iraqi citizen.

Fees

The fee for this service is 25000, twenty five thousand Iraqi Dinars payable by cash or certified check.

Validity

The validity of the passport is (8) years.
