Procedure

1. To obtain a copy of a death certificate, submit a request at the Civil Registry Office.
2. To make the search for the death record much easier you must be able to provide these following information:
   1. Name of deceased
   2. Date of death
   3. Place of death
3. Do not forget to bring a valid identification, you may be asked to present this to confirm your identity and to make sure that you have the right to obtain a copy of the death certificate.
4. You may be asked to present additional documents or information when you apply, you may use the contact information given below to get in touch with National Organization for Civil Registration to know more details.
5. Pay for the certificate.
