• Letter RT / RW
• Birth Certificate of the Hospital/Doctor/ Midwife/ Pilot/ Nachkoda
• Original and Photocopy of KK for residents / SKSKPNP for non permanent residents
• Original and Copies of ID Parents / skds / Guest Reporting Certificate
• Original and Copy of Marriage Certificate / Marriage Certificate Parents
• Original and Copy of Passport for Foreigners
• Police Certificate for children of unknown origin, and
• Certificate of charity for vulnerable populations childbirth.

Need for the Document

A birth certificate is a vital record that documents the birth of a child. A birth certificate is the first certificate or identification made in regards to the child's civil and legal status.

In Indonesia, every parents is require to register and to certify the born of their babies to the authorized Indonesian civil institutions within the first sixty (60) days since the baby was born, in turn the authorized Indonesian civil institution will issue the Indonesian birth certificate for the said child.
