Indonesia - Apply for Immigrant Visit

Go to the Immigration Office and submit your application along with the requirements.
The receptionist will inspect your requirements and scan the documents. An acceptance receipt will be issued to you if you have met all the requirements.
If the application has been assessed to qualify, then it will be forwarded to the Chief Immigration Officer or Immigration Office to get an approval.
An evaluation will be conducted in case the investigation of the Head of Immigration Office find out any indication of doubt regarding the application.
If the application has been approved, the files will be forwarded to Treasury Receipts to make a payment.
After the payment, have your fingerprints and photo taken. Your registration will be printed as well. You need to sign the printed document.
If you have met all the necessary requirements and payments are made, your stay permit will be issued to you after 4 working days.

For New Request

Request permit for visit for foreigners entering territory of Indonesia with Visa, attach:
- Letter of guarantee from the Guarantor at the time of applying for Visa and
- A valid passport.
Request permit for visit for children born in Indonesia Region from parents that holders permit for visit filed the application form and attach the following requirements:
Passport nationality from children in Indonesia country representative
Child's birth certificate from the hospital or birth certificate from the competent authority
Photocopy of passport nationality of parents and
Photocopy of parent's permit for visit.

Foreigners who enter territory of Indonesia with a visa for visitor
Newborn child in Indonesia and at the time of birth the father and / or mother holders permit for visit. The permit for visit given in accordance with the permit for stay of the father and/or mother.
Foreigners from countries that liberated from the requirement to hold a Visa in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations
Foreigners who served as the crew of Transport equipment are anchored or in territory of Indonesia accordance with laws and regulations
Foreigners who enter territory of Indonesia in emergency; and
Foreigners who enter territory of Indonesia with a visa for visit upon arrival.
