Procedure

A Certified Copy of a High School Diploma can be acquired at the institution where the applicant obtained the diploma or at a notary.

Apply In Person

1. To Get a Certified Copy of a High School Diploma, the applicant must approach their respective high school where they completed their Diploma.
2. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer.
3. The applicant must enter all the details in the application form.
4. Make sure that the applicant must attach all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
