Apply In-Person:
- To No Objection Certificate (NOC) for Auction Vehicle (Car, Bike), the applicant has to approach the respective state Transport Department link
- An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer or it can be downloaded from the following link
- The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)
- Make sure that the applicant has attached all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
- The applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.
- Submit all the documents with the completed form to the concerned officer.
- The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee as requested by the authority.
- After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
- An acknowledgment receipt will be provided. Please save it for future reference.
- Then the application will be processed further.
- Once the process gets completed, the RTO will inspect the vehicle to ensure that it meets all the safety and pollution standards.
- Upon completion successfully, the applicant has to get the NOC from the office.
- This entire process can be completed within 15 – 30 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.

- To No Objection Certificate (NOC) for Auction Vehicle (Car, Bike), the applicant has to make the application online via link
- The applicant has to select the state from the following list.
- It will be redirected to the new page.
- Enter the vehicle number and select the RTO office and click the “Proceed” button.
- The applicant has to log in with the ID and password and click the “Login” button.
- Click on the “Application for No Objection Certificate” option.
- Now, enter all the details in the application form.
- Also, upload all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
- Pay the prescribed fee amount online mode.
- Take a printout of the forms and receipts and visit the RTO to submit these documents.
- After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
- An acknowledgment receipt will be provided. Please save it for future reference.
- Then the application will be processed further.
- Once the process gets completed, the RTO will inspect the vehicle to ensure that it meets all the safety and pollution standards.
