  1. To Change the Owner of a Lost, Stolen, or Damaged SIM Card, the applicant has to approach the nearby mobile service providers or customer care service of a phone shop.
  2. The applicant has to block the SIM card through a toll-free number or by visiting their nearest service centre.
  3. To block, follow the instruction given by the service person.
  4. After blocking the SIM, request a new SIM card with the same mobile number.
  5. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee as requested by the servicer.
  6. Also, the applicant has to submit all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  7. After verification of the documents, the new SIM card will be activated with his/her name as the owner.
