Apply Through CSC

  1. To Apply for Pradhan Mantri Kisan Maan-Dhan Yojana, the applicant must approach respective “CSC” centre link

NOTE: The applicant has to select state, district and block name from the drop-down menu, or the applicant has to click on their respective district to find nearby centres.

  1. Please visit the centre and consult with the centre operator for your requirement.
  2. Now, submit the required documents as per the “Required Documents” section of this page. It is advised to take the documents in original to the kiosk for scanning purposes.
  3. Initial contribution amount in cash will be made to the Village Level Entrepreneur (VLE).
  4. The VLE will key-in the Aadhaar number, Name of beneficiary and Date of birth as printed on Aadhaar card for authentication.
  5. The VLE will complete the online registration by filling up the details like Bank Account details, Mobile Number, Email Address, Spouse (if any) and Nominee details will be captured.
  6. System will auto calculate monthly contribution payable according to age of the Beneficiary.
  7. Beneficiary will pay the 1st subscription amount in cash to the VLE.
  8. Enrolment cum Auto Debit mandate form will be printed and will be further signed by the beneficiary.
  9. VLE will scan the same and upload it into the system.
  10. A unique Kisan Pension Account Number (KPAN) will be generated and Kisan Card will be printed.
  11. This entire process can be completed within 2 – 4 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.



Apply Online

  1. To Apply for Pradhan Mantri Kisan Maan-Dhan Yojana, the applicant has to make their application online via the following link Link
  2. Next click “Self Enrollment” and enter mobile number and click Proceed.
  3. An OTP is sent to the mobile number. Enter the OTP and click Proceed.
  4. The applicant must key-in the Aadhaar number, Name of beneficiary and Date of birth as printed on Aadhaar card for authentication.
  5. Then the applicant must complete the online registration by filling up the details like Bank Account details, Mobile Number, Email Address, Spouse (if any) and Nominee details.
  6. After submission KPAN ID will be generated and download and fill the Mandate form.
  7. Then upload mandate form after signature and submit.
  8. After submission the applicant can able to download Pradhan Mantri Kisan Maan Dhan card.
  9. The fee for this procedure is free of cost.
  10. This entire process can be completed within 2 – 4 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.

EligibilityEdit

The eligibility for Pradhan Mantri Kisan Maan Dhan Yojana follows the given criteria:

  • For Small and Marginal Farmers
  • Entry age between 18 to 40 years
  • Cultivable land up to 2 hectares as per land records of the concerned State/UT


FeesEdit

  • The enrollment process is absolutely free for all the applicants. However, Rs.30/- will be charged as enrolment process fees in the Common Service Centres which is borne by the Government itself.


ValidityEdit

  • The scheme is valid for a lifetime, and farmers can continue to contribute to the scheme even after they reach the age of 60. The government will continue to match the contributions made by the farmers.

Need for the DocumentEdit

  • Pradhan Mantri Kisan Maandhan Yojana is a government scheme meant for old age protection and social security of Small and Marginal Farmers (SMF). All Small and Marginal Farmers having cultivable landholding up to 2 hectares falling in the age group of 18 to 40 years, whose names appear in the land records of States/UTs as on 01.08.2019 are eligible to get benefit under the Scheme.

Benefits of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Maan-Dhan Yojana

  • Minimum assured pension of Rs 3000/- per month after attaining the age of 60 years.
  • Convertible to family pension wherein spouse shall be entitled to receive 50% of the amount.
  • If the applicant dies before age of 60, Spouse will be entitled to continue the scheme and shall be entitled to receive 50% of the amount.
  • Once the applicant attains the age of 60, he/ she can claim the pension amount. Every month a fixed pension amount gets deposited in the pension account of the respective individual.
  • In case an eligible beneficiary exits this Scheme within a period of less than ten years from the date of joining the Scheme by him, then the share of contribution by him only will be returned to him with savings bank rate of interest payable thereon.
  • If an eligible beneficiary exits after completion of a period of ten years or more from the date of joining the Scheme by him but before his age of sixty years, then his share of contribution only shall be returned to him along with accumulated interest thereon as actually earned by the Pension Fund or the interest at the savings bank interest rate thereon, whichever is higher.
  • If an eligible beneficiary has given regular contributions and died due to any cause, his spouse shall be entitled to continue with the Scheme subsequently by payment of regular contribution as applicable or exit by receiving the share of contribution paid by such beneficiary along with accumulated interest, as actually earned thereon by the Pension Fund or at the savings bank interest rate thereon, whichever is higher
  • After death of beneficiary and his or her spouse, the corpus shall be credited back to the fund
