Procedure

Apply Online

1. To Apply Online for a Provident Fund Claim (PF Claim), the applicant has to make their application online via link
2. The applicant has to log in with UAN and password, captcha code, and click the “Sign in” button.
3. Click on the “Manage” tab and select KYC to check whether the KYC details such as Aadhaar, PAN, and bank details are verified or not.
4. Once the KYC details are verified, click the “Online Services” tab and select the option “Claim (Form-31, 19 10C & 10D)” from the drop-down menu.
5. Enter all the details in the application form.
6. Also, enter the bank account number and click the “Verify” button.
7. Click on “Yes” to sign the certificate of the undertaking and then proceed.
8. Now, the applicant has to click on “Proceed for Online Claim”
9. Complete the online PF claim form, which will include details such as the reason for withdrawal, the amount you want to withdraw, and other relevant information.
10. And upload all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
11. There is no fee for a PF claim.
12. Once completed with all the details click the “Submit” button.
13. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
14. All applications are processed within a reasonable time, having regard to the particular circumstances of each application, including the completeness of information and documents submitted to the authority by the applicant.
15. The authority may seek additional information from an applicant if this is necessary to assess the application.
16. The authority does not need to deal further with an application until the applicant has provided this additional information.
17. Once the claim is approved and processed, the funds will be transferred to the bank account linked to your UAN.
18. This entire process can be completed within 30 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.

Eligibility
