Procedure

Apply In-Person

1. To Renew Private Service Vehicle Permit in Haryana the applicant has to approach the RTO office to which his area belongs to.

4. Make sure you have completed application form to Renew Private Service Vehicle Permit. Application forms can be obtained from the appropriate RTO offices that can be completed and presented with appropriate fees
   
5. Please make sure you have all the documents that are listed down the “Required Document” section of this page.
   
6. Present the completed application forms in one of the counter and pay the appropriate fee where the officials would start processing your application.
   
7. After checking the vehicle for its correctness and other appropriate requirements the application will be processed. Important verifications for the permit includes Vehicle condition, seating arrangements etc., will be carried by authorities.

Apply Online:

1. To Renew Private Service Vehicle (PSV) Permit, use the following Link : Link and select “Permit Online” option under Other online services
2. Now Select Haryana in the drop down menu and click “proceed”
3. Please follow the screen and fill in prompted details to process your online procedure
4. Upload required documents and take printout of acknowledgement.
5. On the appointment date, go to RTO office before 11:30 am and submit the documents.
6. Once you submit and pay the fee, rest of the procedure will happen as per the processing time.

Apply through Centres:

1. To Renew Private Service Vehicle (PSV) Permit in Haryana, the applicant shall visit the nearest EDisha / Antyodaya Saral Kendra. Find contacts to EDISHA / ANTYODAYA SARAL KENDRA centres in the Link provided: Link
2. The applicant may also sign in through the web portal mentioned above and provide the required information for the process.
3. Procure the application form from the concerned centre and fill it up with the necessary details required for the permit.
4. Make sure to attach all the "Required Documents" along with the application form before submission.
5. Provide authorized signatory and photograph, wherever applicable.
6. Now submit the application to the office of the concerned centre.
7. On successful verification, the applicant will be notified by the edisha centre.
8. Obtain the new permit from the concerned office.

1. Private Service Vehicle Permits are issued to institutions that operate the vehicle for their own use.
   
2. This permit needs to be renewed before it lapses.
   
3. An application for a permit to use a motor vehicle as a private service vehicle shall contain the following particulars, namely:--
   

• Type and seating capacity of the vehicle
  
• The area or the route or routes to which the application relates
  
• the manner in which it is claimed that the purpose of carrying persons

• One needs to provide the declaration to use the vehicle only for faring employees or laborers of a Company/Firm/Institute to ferry them to the place of business or back.
  
• Disproportionate asset case should not be pending against the vehicle for issue of permit.
