Haryana - Online Report Street Light Not Working (Outage) through Municipal Corporation

Step 2 : Please use the following link to register your complaint online : Register Complaint.
Step 3 : In this page please enter all the valid details and upload the necessary files to submit your complaint and click “Submit Now” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 4 : In the next page you can find the complaint number after successful submission of your complaint. Please note the number to track the status of your complaint. Please refer the below image where it is highlighted in Yellow.

Step 5 : Now the authorities will verify the complaint received and take necessary steps to solve the issue.
Step 6 : Authorities will assign the electrician to repair the outage problem in the respective area / street from where the complaint is received.
