Procedure

If your driver license is valid, you can apply for driver license extract.
Apply In-Person

1. To apply for a driving license extract in Haryana the applicant has to approach the RTO office to which her/his area belongs to.
   
2. Please follow our “Office Locations & Contacts” section of this page to get details of the RTO offices. Link for RTO contacts: Link for contact
   
3. Apply in writing on a white A4 paper size paper by affixing 5 rupee stamp on the top right corner of your requisition letter
   
4. Also make sure you have all the necessary documents to process the application
   
5. The applicant should make sure they are eligible for applying
   
6. Present the completed application forms and documents in one of the counter and pay appropriate fees.
   
7. The officials would start processing your application to issue the extract

1. First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online.
   
2. In order to apply online, please follow the link online portal link
   
3. Select “Haryana” in the drop down menu against “Please select the State from where the service is to be taken”
   
4. In the next window, please click “Apply online” to select “Services on Driving License” option
   
5. The following screen gives you the general information to apply. Here please hit “Continue” to get the next screen. Here, Please enter / select appropriate option and click “proceed” to get the new page to apply online by filling the prompted details and click “submit” at the bottom of the form to process the application.
   
6. Please take printout of Acknowledgement
   
   

Printing application

1. You can take printout of online application form with the help of the link: please follow the link online portal link
   
2. Select “Haryana” in the drop down menu against “Please select the State from where the service is to be taken”.
   
3. In the next window, please click “Download Forms” to select “Print application form” option.
   
4. Please enter your application number in the next window and hit ”Submit” follow the next window to get the printout.
   
   

For Appointment

1. You can book appointment with RTO using the following link online appointment link
   
2. Please click “Appointment (Slot Booking)” to select “services on driving license” option
   
3. In the new window fill in required details and hit Submit to process your request to book appointment.
