Apply through CSC / e-disha centre

  1. To apply for non availability of birth certificate, applicant has to approach thenearest CSC / e-disha centre of their area.

  3. Obtain the relevant application form from the CSC centre or Download the application form from the given link: Application form. Refer form number 10.
  4. Now fill the form with appropriate details.
  5. Make sure that you have all the proper documents mentioned in the “Required documents” section below.
  6. Submit the form along with the supporting documents to the respective authority.
  7. Then the CSC / e-disha operator logs into e-district portal and fill the e-form and upload the documents.
  8. CSC/e-Disha operator prints acknowledgement slip which contains CIDR Id and Transaction Id
  9. Now the applicant receives the SMS and acknowledgement.
  10. Applicant has to pay the service charge to the operator.
  11. After successful verification, applicant will be notified through SMS. Then he can access the portal link to download the certificate.

  1. To apply for Non Availability of Birth Certificate (NABC) through online, visit : Apply Online
  2. If you are a registered user, then enter the valid credentials and click “Submit” tab.
  3. If you are a new user then click “New user? Register here” option in the right side of the page.
  4. After successful login, click “View all available services” under “Apply for services” section in the left side of the page.
  5. Now the online application form will be displayed on the screen. Please select the event as “Birth” in the application form.
  6. Please enter all the mandatory details and click “Submit” button.
  7. Now the fee amount will be displayed.
  8. Using the appropriate payment options provided, please make the payment.
  9. Application reference number will be generated as soon as you make the payment.
  10. Use that reference number to track the application status.
  11. Once all the verification process is over, you will be notified. Then you can download the Non availability certificate.

Apply In-Person:

  1. First the applicant shall visit the birth registrar office to know whether the birth records are available or not.
  2. To apply for the non-availability of birth certificate, applicant has to approach the district Registrar of birth and death or CSC centre or the officer authorized by the state government.
  3. Download the application form from the given Link: Link and refer to form number 10.
  4. The applicant may obtain the relevant application form from the authorities.
  5. Now get a verified statement from the municipal office authorities stating the reason for non-availability, on their letterhead or on the application form.
  6. Make sure to have all the proper documents mentioned in the “Required documents” section below.
  7. Submit the form to the municipal office along with the required documents.
  8. Refer the municipal office location mentioned in the “Office location & contacts” section below.
  9. Police verification will be done if the applicant encloses any other supporting documents except school certificate.
  10. After successful verification, concerned authorities in the municipal council will issue the certificate.

EligibilityEdit

  • Applicant should be the citizen of India or NRI.
  • If the applicant’s birth is not officially recorded.
  • If the birth certificate has been destroyed in any natural calamities or fire or civil calamities.

FeesEdit

  • As per Haryana government: Rs. 30 (for 3 yrs search) + 25 (certificate) = Rs. 55 For 5 years (50+25)=Rs. 75
  • Kendra service charges (CSC): Rs. 30

Non-Availability of Birth Certificate is valid forever.

  • Along with the statement include the secondary evidence mentioned in “Required documents” section.
