Apply In-Person:

To get a land mortgage in Haryana, you will have to get a mortgage deed and a land encumbrance certificate.
You can approach the nearest common service centre to get further details about the procedure, find the nearest CSC centre here: link.
The applicant can also visit the nearest Teshildars office.
You will likely have to fill an application form and attach relevant documents as mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.

Apply Online

To get a mortgage deed and land encumbrance certificate, visit the official site of the Haryana land records.

To obtain a land encumbrance certificate, follow these steps:
- On the top locate “property registration”.
- You will see a drop-down menu, locate “Land encumbrance certificate”.
- Click on “Apply new”.
- Enter your mobile number, an OTP will be sent to this number.
- Enter OTP.
- Enter your details such as your name, email ID, fathers name, and Aadhar number.
- You will be directed to another page where you will have to enter details about your land such as the Nakal number.
- Click on “Submit request”.
- Your application will be submitted.
- You will receive an application number that you can use to track the status of your application.
- Once approved, you can log in again and download your certificate.
To obtain a mortgage deed, follow these steps:
- To Obtain Land Mortgage Certificate (Collateral) in Haryana, the applicant shall visit the following webpage: Link.
- The applicant needs to login through the user credentials.
- The applicant shall fill up the application form with all the necessary details on a newly opened page and complete the given application form.
- Now the applicant shall upload scanned copies of all the " Required Documents" for the certificate.
- Once the documents are uploaded, provide the mobile number and enter the received OTP.
- Now click on "Submit" and complete the process.
- On successful verification, the changes will be made by the authority.
- The applicant may also track the status of the application by clicking on the appropriate option on the portal.

To Obtain License for land mortgage certificate in Haryana, the applicant shall visit the nearest CSC. Find contacts to CSC centres in the Link provided: Link
Procure the application form from the concerned centre and fill it up with the necessary details required for the license.
Ensure to attach all the "Required Documents" along with the application form before submission.
Provide authorized signatory and photograph, wherever applicable.
Now submit the application to the office of the concerned centre.
On successful verification, the applicant will be notified by the CSC centre.
Obtain the license from the concerned office.

Identification of the Parties
Ration Card Driving License/Aadhar card/Pan card/Identity card and ID proof of witness also.
Registration of documents through the power of attorney
Verification of GPA from where it has been registered in case it has been registered out of state only.
NOC required U/s 7(A)NOC from DTP concerned if the area is notified U/s 7(A) of the HDRUA Act 1975.
Witness: Two witnesses of the parties along with ID proof.
Map Plan: Map plan and description of immovable property.
In case of building/plot: Digital photograph of building/plot.
In case of release deed: Mutation of Virasat for identification of the ancestral property.
