Apply Online

1. To Download or View Birth Certificate, the applicant has to make an online process through the following link
2. The applicant has to sign in with the login ID and password and then click the “Submit” button.
3. Select the option of application for birth certificate issuance.
4. Please enter the Family ID and click “Click here to fetch Family data” button.
5. Select name of the applicant from the Applicant Details drop-down list and click “Send OTP” button.
6. Please enter the OTP received on the registered mobile number and click “Click here to Verify OTP” button.
7. Enter the complete details in the search process and click the “Submit” button.
8. Now the birth certificate details are presented on the page.
9. The applicant can check and view the certificate.
10. Also, the applicant can download the birth certificate by clicking the “Print” button.
11. To Download or View the Birth Certificate, the fee is free of cost.
12. The processing time for this procedure is within a minute.

Apply through CSC

1. To Download or View Birth Certificate, the applicant has to approach the nearest CSC link

   NOTE: To check the contact details of CSC centre, please select the District and Block.

2. The applicant has to visit the nearest centre.
3. The applicant has to inform all the details to the respective officer.
4. The officer will enter the details in the portal with the given details.
5. The applicant will get the downloaded certificate from the officer.
6. To Download or View the Birth Certificate, the fee is free of cost.
7. The processing time for this procedure is within a minute.
