Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for a Tenant Verification in Haryana, get the Tenant Verification form from your concerned police station.
2. Fill the required details of the Landlord.
3. Fill the required details of the Tenant and the Tenant’s Family Members.
4. Attach the Required Documents and photographs of the Tenant.
5. Duly sign the form and submit the form at the concerned SP’s Office or Police Station.

8. Pay the processing fee of Rs.50 if required.
9. Receive the acknowledgement receipt and keep it safe for further reference.
10. Visit the Police Station or SP’s Office to get the report once it is ready.

Apply Online

1. To apply for Tenant Verification online, visit Haryana’s HarSamay Citizen Portal webpage from the link: Apply Online
2. Create a new user account with your details and login.
3. Now select Tenant Verification from the “Citizen Services” Drop Down menu.
4. In the given new window, fill the Landlord’s details.
5. Fill the details under the “Tenant Information Tab”.
6. Fill all the required details under “Personal Information” and “Address”.
7. Fill all the required details under, “Family Members Information”.
8. Upload the photo and required documents in the required size and file format.
9. Check the details filled for any correction before you submit the form. Submitted forms cannot be altered.
10. Pay the required Tenant Verification Processing fee of Rs.50.
11. Pay the fee using a mode of payment viz. Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking.
12. Your application will now be processed and the police will make verifications to create a Report.
13. You can download the report from the HarSamay Citizen Portal once it is ready.
