Apply In-Person :

  1. Ration Card holder should approach office of District Food and Supplies Controller/Assistant Food and Supplies Officer/Inspector Food and Supplies office to add or delete name in ration card.
  2. Contact link: Link1 please select your district under “District Name” and choose and choose your “AFSO Name” as per requirement for contact details AND District wise in the given page, please select the menu icon provided on the top right corner and select “Directory” option to get list of options. Please select as per requirement for contact information.
  3. Please go to the respective office.
  4. Applicant shall obtain the form from the respective office (please pay for the form if required) Or a written/electronically typed application on A4 plain sheet as advised shall be used.
  5. Please submit the completed application along with required documents to the respective authority.
  6. Authorities after checking the submitted application along with attached documents will make entries and get a slip indicating the date as to when he should contact the concerned office for collecting the ration card.
  7. Keep it safe for future reference.
  8. This application will be forwarded to the concerned authorities. The Sub-Inspector/Inspector will verify the particulars by physical visiting the residence of the applicant and making necessary enquiries and he will also consult voter list/census record while making recommendation.
  9. After considering the recommendation, the DFSC/AFSO/IFS will issue the ration card
  10. The applicant is informed through SMS at various stages i.e., Advance intimation about date of visit of the official to his place of residence for verification of his application, Approval/Rejection of his application.



Apply Online

  2. In the given page please complete the login prompt and hit “Submit” to reach next page.
    1. If you are a new user, please hit “New user? Register here” to register and then login.
  3. In the new page, please select “View all available services” on the left part of the page to get list of services.
For addition of members:
  1. Please select the service name “Add new member in the ration card” under “Food & supplies department” to get next page.
  2. Here go through the details provided and enter the ration card at the prompted place and hit “GO” for details of the ration card and please fill in mobile and email ID at the appropriate prompts to get new session for entering /selecting details for addition of details.
  3. Applicant has to select respective office and associated details from the drop down selection and finally hit “Submit” to submit application.
  4. User gets next screen for uploading required documents. Please upload and hit “submit”.
  5. Now please hit “print” option to print the application and submit it to the respective office for further processing.
For deletion of members:
  1. Please select the service name “Deletion of member in the ration card” under “Food & supplies department” to get next page.
  2. Here go through the details provided and enter the ration card at the prompted place and hit “GO” for details of the ration card.
  3. Here please use the page prompts to delete members from the card and finally hit “Submit” to submit application.
  4. User gets next screen for uploading required documents. Please upload and hit “submit”.
  5. Now please hit “print” option to print the application and submit it to the respective office for further processing.



Apply through Centres:

  1. To apply through centres, the applicant has to visit the respective “CSC” centre. Please tap on the following Link to locate the centre according to the respective district: Link.
  2. Make sure to have the documents that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  3. An application form can be obtained through the kiosk operator upon visiting the centre.
  4. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary information in the application form.
  5. Submit the application form with “Required Documents” to the office. It is advised to take the documents in original to the kiosk for scanning purposes.
  6. The operator will process the application online.
  7. On successful submission, the applicant will receive an application number as acknowledgement. The applicant will also get a transaction number as a text message on the registered mobile number.
  8. Pay the fee as given in the “Fees” section of this page and collect the receipt.
  9. An ”SMS” triggered update on application status will be sent to the applicant’s mobile. Please keep track of the notification.
  10. Upon the satisfaction of the authorities, the name will be modified according to the application.
  11. Collect the updated ration card from the respective centre in a stipulated period of time or wait for it to arrive via post to the address mentioned while applying or issued as per the applicable norms within 60 days.

EligibilityEdit

  • The applicant and his/her family must be Indian citizens and should be resident of the state.
  • The applicant or his family members must not possess any family card in any State in India (If they had one, it has to be withdrawn).
  • The applicant and members of the family must be close relatives.
