Procedure

1. Travel agency license is obtained through the Ministry of Interior and Territorial Communities.
2. Send a letter to the Ministry of Interior and Territorial Communities requesting for an appointment indicating the name and address of the agency.
3. Also, forward the letter to the Directorate General of the Ministry of the Interior.
4. After verification and validation the license is approved.

Required Documents

• Original Birth Certificate
• Statue of the Agency
• Copy of National Identification Card (CIN)
• Act of marriage and extracts of the act if necessary (Marriage Certificate)
• Title and copy; Surveying and copy its plan;
• Certificate of deposit of five thousand gourdes to the BRH
• Applicant's tax identification number
• Certificate of Good Conduct and Morals
• Two (2) passport photos
• Certificate of practical training of two (2) years in a legally recognized travel agency
• Internal regulations of the Agency
• Registration certificate of the Ministry of Commerce and / or letter stating the trade name of property
